1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Addrly, including its website, application and related services ("Service").
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Addrly ("we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Addrly.
If you access or use Addrly on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Description of the Service
Addrly is an AI-powered recruitment tool that helps recruiters, employers, founders, hiring teams and recruitment agencies process and evaluate candidate applications received through email.
The Service may include:
- Receiving and processing emails and attachments forwarded to Addrly.
- Extracting information from resumes and other candidate documents.
- Creating structured candidate profiles.
- Interpreting job requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Evaluating and scoring candidates against job requirements.
- Organising and ranking candidates based on evaluation results.
We may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.
4. Free Access
Addrly may offer limited free access to the Service.
Our free offering allows one free job per individual user and one free job per organisation.
The applicable limits are enforced independently. Creating additional accounts, using aliases or otherwise attempting to circumvent these limits is prohibited.
Additional jobs and features may require a paid subscription or purchase.
Free access may be subject to restrictions in functionality, usage or processing capacity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings at any time.
5. Customer Content and Ownership
You retain ownership and all applicable rights in the emails, attachments, resumes, job descriptions, candidate information and other materials that you submit to Addrly ("Customer Content").
You grant Addrly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, extract, analyse and otherwise process Customer Content solely as necessary to:
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Generate candidate profiles, evaluations and rankings.
- Maintain and secure the Service.
- Provide technical support.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
You acknowledge that providing the Service may require processing Customer Content through third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Customer Content to Addrly.
6. Email Forwarding and Authorisation
The Service currently processes candidate information through emails and attachments deliberately forwarded to Addrly.
By forwarding emails or other materials to the Service, you authorise Addrly to receive, store, extract, analyse and process their contents to provide the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to forward such information and permit its processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted to Addrly are relevant to your permitted use of the Service and do not contain information you are not authorised to share.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Candidate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Addrly and the processing of candidate information comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree that you will:
- Have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to submit candidate information.
- Provide candidates with any privacy notices required by applicable law.
- Obtain consent where consent is legally required.
- Use candidate information only for legitimate and lawful recruitment purposes.
- Ensure that job descriptions and evaluation criteria comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
- Handle candidate requests concerning their personal information in accordance with applicable law.
You must not submit personal information, confidential materials or third-party information that you are not authorised to provide.
Addrly does not independently verify the legal authority or permissions under which you submit Customer Content.
8. AI-Generated Outputs and Human Oversight
Addrly uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to extract candidate information, generate structured profiles, evaluate candidates and produce rankings.
You acknowledge that AI-generated information, evaluations, scores and rankings may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations.
The Service orders candidates based on their evaluation results, generally from higher to lower scores. It does not independently reject, eliminate, automatically shortlist or hide candidates.
All candidates remain available for review by the customer.
Addrly does not make hiring, rejection, interviewing or selection decisions. These decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for independently reviewing candidate information, evaluation criteria and AI-generated results before relying on them.
You must not treat AI-generated rankings as definitive assessments of a candidate's suitability or capabilities.
Addrly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fairness or reliability of any particular evaluation or ranking, nor does it guarantee recruitment or hiring outcomes.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
- Process candidate information without the necessary legal authority.

- Circumvent account, free-access or usage restrictions.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.
10. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of Addrly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and submission of personal information comply with applicable data protection laws.
Where organisations use Addrly to process candidate information, additional data-processing terms may apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when providing the Service.
11. Job and Candidate Deletion
You may delete individual candidates and jobs through the available controls within Addrly.
When you delete a job, its associated candidate information, including stored emails, attachments, resumes, extracted profiles and evaluation results, is deleted from our active systems.
Additional information about data retention, third-party processing and personal information deletion requests is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, source code, design, branding, interfaces, technology and underlying intellectual property, belongs to Addrly or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal recruitment and hiring activities, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of Customer Content as described in these Terms.
Any suggestions, feedback or ideas you voluntarily provide may be used by us to develop or improve the Service without compensation or obligation to you.
13. Third-Party Services
Addrly relies on third-party services and infrastructure to provide certain functionality, including hosting, storage, authentication, document processing, artificial intelligence and payment processing.
Certain Customer Content may be processed by these providers as necessary to operate the Service.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
We do not control independently operated third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, operation, policies or acts, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, failures or interruptions involving third-party providers may affect the availability or functionality of Addrly.
14. Fees and Billing
Addrly offers subscription-based access to its services.
Our standard subscription is priced at USD $20 per month, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Custom plans, pricing and billing arrangements may be offered separately and will be communicated through the applicable quote, order or checkout.
Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged or the unused portion of a billing period. Unless stated otherwise, access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Taxes. Applicable taxes, currency and the total amount due will be displayed at checkout.
Refunds. Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Addrly, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us promptly at dinesh@addrly.cc.
We reserve the right to modify pricing and paid offerings. Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
Failure to complete a required payment may result in restricted or suspended access to paid features.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may discontinue using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access where:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use creates a security or legal risk.
- You fail to pay applicable fees.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We discontinue the Service or a particular feature.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. We may act without prior notice where necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity or serious violations.
Following termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling will be governed by our Privacy Policy, these Terms and applicable law.
